About us
A licensed PRO services company in Dubai and an authorised Amer and Tasheel typing centre partner. We prepare and submit government applications on your written authorisation — with government fees passed through at cost.
A PRO — Public Relations Officer — is the licensed link between you and the UAE government departments that control your right to work, live and trade here.
In practice that means we prepare the forms, submit them at the correct counter in the correct order, follow up when they stall, and tell you plainly when something will not work. Whether you are one person renewing a residence visa or a company managing eighty staff, the underlying work is identical: approvals, medicals, biometrics, stamping and renewals across MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP and DED.
Almost everything published about UAE visas and PRO services is written from a marketing desk. It is generic, undated, and it stops exactly where your real question begins — what the fee actually is this month, how many working days it genuinely takes, which field on which form causes the rejection.
We sit at the Amer and Tasheel counter. Our Knowledge Hub publishes what we see there: real fee tables, real processing times, real rejection reasons, updated as the rules change. If a guide saves you a wasted application fee and you never contact us, that is a reasonable outcome.
| Authority | What we handle there |
|---|---|
| MOHRE | Work permits, labour contracts, quota, WPS compliance, disputes |
| GDRFA Dubai | Residence visas, entry permits, status change, cancellations |
| ICP | Emirates ID, federal residence, Golden Visa |
| Amer & Tasheel | Direct in-centre typing and submission |
| DED / DET | Trade licence, establishment registration |
| MOFA | Document attestation and legalisation |
| DHA | Visa medical fitness |
| DLD / Ejari | Tenancy registration and property records |
Roughly a third of files that reach us carry a blocker the client did not know about — an ILOE fine, a WPS flag, unattested documents. We find it on day one, when it costs nothing, rather than on day fourteen.
Always, in writing, before you commit. Government fees are published and verifiable. A provider who bundles them into a single number is not quoting, they are marking up.
As an authorised typing centre partner we file in centre rather than passing your file to a third party. Every hand-off adds days and removes accountability.
If you do not qualify, we say so. A refusal is recorded and the fee is not refunded, so an honest assessment beforehand is worth more to you than an optimistic submission.
| Measure | Figure |
|---|---|
| Government authorities we file with | 7 |
| Free guides published, updated as the rules change | 68 |
| Free calculators and eligibility checkers | 5 |
| Urgent processing available within | 24 hours |
| Mark-up on government fees | None |
We have deliberately left volume claims off this page. Figures like files processed or first-time approval rates are unverifiable by you, every competitor quotes them, and we would rather be judged on what you can check yourself — the guides, the calculators and the fee transparency above.
MIRDXB PRO is a private service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, MOFA or any other UAE federal or emirate authority. All authority names, logos and emblems remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to for identification only.
We act solely on your written authorisation, and government fees are always payable to the relevant authority at their published rates.

Most of what we do is handled digitally, so you rarely need to visit in person. Send us the relevant document and we will come back with the position, the cost and a realistic date.
If we have handled something for you, a short review on our Google Business Profile genuinely helps other people decide who to trust with their paperwork.

A trade licence, a passport page, an Emirates ID number or a labour contract is usually enough for us to give you the position, the cost and a realistic date — before you commit to anything.
