The single most common reason a family visa is refused. Someone earning AED 11,000 total with AED 3,500 basic does not qualify, and their payslip gives no hint of the problem.
Check your MOHRE labour contract, not your offer letter. If the basic falls short, a contract restructure through MOHRE fixes it at no extra cost to your employer — but it must register before you apply.
