MIRDXB PRO service charges
One fixed fee for our work, published here for every service. Government fees are paid at cost, and you receive the official receipt for each one. We never add a margin to them.

Residence visas
Covers employment, investor and partner, family, newborn, domestic worker, Green, freelance and free zone visas. Booking your medical test and Emirates ID biometrics is included.

Urgent and stuck cases
For people outside the UAE, with a fine or ban, or with a sponsor who will not help. Every case starts with a file check: AED 100 (5% VAT included), or AED 200 for a ban or absconding case, fully credited to your fee if you go ahead. It tells us your exact route, fines and timeline before you commit.

Monthly PRO plans
One fixed monthly fee covers our work on your company's government transactions. A transaction is one application, such as a renewal, cancellation, permit, Emirates ID or card. A new visa counts as two transactions. Government fees are extra, at cost.

Pay a year upfront and pay for 10 months. No lock-in on monthly billing: cancel with 30 days' notice. Over 40 employees: quoted in writing. Compare the monthly PRO plans in full, with what counts as a transaction and a worked yearly example.
Company liquidation
One fixed service fee, from the shareholders' resolution to licence cancellation. Government and third-party costs are listed separately at cost: DET fees, notary, the newspaper notice and the liquidator's audit report.

Attestation and translation
Indian certificates come with one all-in price. It covers every fee in India and the UAE, plus collection and delivery.

How our pricing works
Most providers quote one bundled number. We split every quote into two parts, so you can check each one.
Government fees
Set by MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DET and MOFA. They change with the transaction, your company category and the visa length. You pay them at cost and keep the receipts. The full schedule is in our UAE government fees index.
Our service fee
The fixed price on this page. It covers checking your file, preparing and typing the application, submitting it at the right authority, and following up on WhatsApp until it is done. It does not change with your company category.
Terms
- Our service fee is paid when we start. Government fees are paid when each step is submitted, and you get each receipt.
- If we cannot submit your application, we refund our service fee in full.
- If the authority rejects an application, we prepare and resubmit it once without a new service fee. Government fees for the new submission are paid again at cost.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days. Government fees follow the official rates on the day of payment.
- Fines, medical tests, insurance, ILOE and translation by third parties are not service fees. They are charged at cost.
All amounts are in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT. Fees are per person or per document unless stated. Government fees are set by each authority and can change without notice; your written quote is what you pay. See our full terms.
