What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This policy explains what MirDxbPRO collects when you use mirdxbpro.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to describe what this website actually does, rather than to cover every theoretical case.
When you submit an enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, and a description of the service you need. If you go on to instruct us, we will also receive the documents required for that file, such as passport pages, Emirates ID, trade licence, tenancy contract, certificates or photographs.
Like any website, ours records standard technical data through the hosting server: IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and the time of each request. This is used for security and for diagnosing faults.
Our enquiry forms run server-side spam protection. To make that work we temporarily record the IP address and submission timestamp of form attempts, and we check submissions against rate limits and content patterns. Blocked attempts are logged briefly so we can tell a genuine enquiry from an automated one. This data is not used for marketing.
| Purpose | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry | Understanding what you need and quoting for it |
| Delivering the service | Preparing and submitting applications to the relevant authority |
| Keeping you updated | Status updates by WhatsApp, phone or email until the file closes |
| Security | Preventing spam, abuse and fraudulent submissions |
| Record keeping | Retaining what we are required to retain for a completed transaction |
Your information is shared only where it is necessary to do the work:
We do not sell your data, rent it, or pass it to advertisers or lead brokers.
Passports, Emirates IDs, certificates and company documents are the most sensitive material we handle. We treat them as confidential, use them only for the file you instructed us on, and submit them only to the authority that requires them. We do not publish, share or repurpose client documents, and we do not use them in marketing.
Enquiries that do not become work are kept only as long as they are useful to answer you, then discarded. Records relating to a completed transaction are retained for as long as we may need to evidence what was submitted on your behalf, or for as long as UAE law requires, whichever is longer. Server and anti-spam logs are short-lived and rotate automatically.
This site uses functional cookies only — those set by WordPress and by the caching and page-building software that runs the site. They exist to make pages load correctly and quickly. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some elements may load more slowly.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete information we are not required to keep, or stop contacting you. Ask by email or WhatsApp using the details below and we will deal with it. Where a request conflicts with a record we are obliged to retain, we will say so and explain why.
Never send passport scans, Emirates ID copies or bank details to anyone who contacted you first and cannot prove who they are. Visa document fraud is common in this market. If you are unsure whether a message is genuinely from us, call the number below before sending anything.

Changes to this policy. If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here rather than notified individually, so check this page if it matters to you.
Talk to us
A trade licence, a passport page, an Emirates ID number or a labour contract is usually enough for us to give you the position, the cost and a realistic date — before you commit to anything.
