The limits of the information published on this site.
This site exists because reliable, specific information about UAE visa and PRO procedures is genuinely hard to find. We publish exact fees, real processing times and the reasons applications actually fail. That usefulness comes with limits, and this page sets them out plainly.
The guides, tables, checklists and calculators on this site describe how procedures generally work. They cannot account for the specifics of your file — your company's classification, your document history, an outstanding fine, a previous refusal, or a rule that changed last week. Nothing here is legal advice, immigration advice or financial advice, and no professional relationship is created by reading it.
UAE government fees and procedures are revised periodically, and not always with public notice. A figure that was correct when published can be wrong months later.
Where we quote a fee, a timeline or a rule, we date it. Treat any figure as indicative, and confirm the current position with the relevant authority or with us before committing funds or making plans.
We correct pages when we find them out of date, but we cannot guarantee that every figure on every page reflects the position at the moment you read it.
The free tools on this site — the overstay fine calculator, gratuity calculator, visa cost estimator and eligibility checkers — produce estimates from the inputs you give and the published rates we hold. They are there to help you plan, not to state what an authority will charge or decide.
A calculator cannot see your file. It does not know about an outstanding fine, a company category change, a previous refusal, or an exemption that applies to you. Use the result as a guide and confirm the real figure before you rely on it.

No provider can guarantee that a visa, permit, licence or waiver will be granted. Anyone promising a guaranteed approval, a guaranteed timeline, or the ability to remove a ban or fine by influence rather than procedure should be treated with considerable suspicion. Applications succeed on accurate documents, correct sequencing and a clean file.
We link to government portals and official sources so you can verify what we publish. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is a pointer to the authoritative source, not an endorsement of anything else on it.
