Terms of Service

What we do, what we do not do, and the terms we work under.

Last updated 27 August 2026

The short version

  • We prepare and submit applications on your behalf. We are not a government department and we do not decide any application.
  • Government fees are passed on at cost. Our service fee is quoted separately and agreed before we start.
  • Approval is the authority's decision. No provider can guarantee an outcome, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
  • Accurate documents and honest information from you are what make a file succeed.

These terms govern the services MirDxbPRO provides through mirdxbpro.com and through direct contact by phone, WhatsApp or email. Instructing us to act on a file means accepting them.

What we do

We act as a document-processing intermediary. That means we prepare, check, translate where needed, lodge and follow up applications with UAE authorities and their service centres — MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer, Tasheel, DED, MOFA and others — on your instruction and on your behalf.

What we are not

Read this part properly

We are not a government body, and we hold no authority to grant, refuse or expedite any application. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. We are not a recruitment agency and do not place candidates in employment.

Every decision on a visa, permit, licence or fine rests with the relevant UAE authority.

Quotes, fees and payment

  • Every quote separates government fees from our service fee. You are told both before work begins.
  • Government fees are passed on at cost. They are set by the authority, not by us, and can change without notice.
  • A quote is based on the information available when it is given. If the file turns out to be different — an outstanding fine, an expired document, a changed company classification — the cost may change, and we will tell you before proceeding.
  • Government fees already paid to an authority are generally not refundable, including where an application is refused.
  • Urgent or expedited handling, where an authority offers it, is charged in addition.

Your responsibilities

Most failed applications fail on the client side, so these matter:

  • Give us accurate and complete information. Anything withheld or misstated is likely to surface at the authority, not at our desk.
  • Provide genuine, valid documents. We will not knowingly submit a document we believe to be falsified, and we will end an engagement rather than do so.
  • Tell us about anything outstanding — fines, absconding reports, bans, unresolved labour cases — even if you think it is closed.
  • Respond in time when an authority raises a query. Files stall while queries sit unanswered.
  • Attend in person where required, for biometrics or medical testing.

Timelines

Any timeline we give is an estimate based on how the authority is currently processing that transaction. It is not a guarantee. Processing can extend for reasons outside anyone's control — system downtime, additional checks, public holidays, or a query on your file. Where a deadline matters, tell us at the outset so we can advise honestly whether it is achievable.

Outcomes

We do not guarantee approval of any application, because no intermediary can. What we undertake is to prepare the file correctly, submit it to the right authority through the right channel, follow it up, and tell you plainly if we think it will not succeed. Where an application is refused, we will explain what the refusal means and what options remain.

Limits of our liability

We are responsible for doing our own work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for:

  • Decisions, delays, fees or procedural changes on the part of any government authority.
  • Consequences flowing from inaccurate, incomplete or late information given to us.
  • Indirect losses — lost earnings, missed travel, missed contracts — arising from a delayed or refused application.

Where we are found liable for a failure in our own service, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for that specific file.

Cancellation

You may stop a file at any time. Government fees already paid cannot be recovered, and our service fee is chargeable in proportion to the work already carried out. We may decline or end an engagement where we are asked to submit something inaccurate, where required documents are not provided, or where the request falls outside what we do.

Information on this website

The guides published here are general information, kept current to the best of our knowledge and dated where fees or rules are quoted. Rules and fees change, sometimes without announcement. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no client relationship is created by reading it. Confirm the current position for your own circumstances before acting — see the disclaimer for the full position.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute falls to the competent courts of Dubai.

Questions before you instruct us?

Ask before you commit anything. Tell us the transaction and what is outstanding, and we will tell you what it costs, how long it should take, and whether it is likely to succeed.

Talk to us first

Please note. These terms may be updated as our services or the regulatory position change. The version published on this page is the one that applies. See also our privacy policy.

Talk to us

Send us the document. We will tell you where you stand.

A trade licence, a passport page, an Emirates ID number or a labour contract is usually enough for us to give you the position, the cost and a realistic date — before you commit to anything.
