Golden Visa Nomination Process 2026: Who Nominates, Evidence and Timelines

The golden visa nomination process is the first stage of the UAE’s talent-based Golden residence: a named government body reviews your achievements and issues a nomination or recommendation letter, ICP approves the nomination, and only then does GDRFA Dubai or ICP issue the 10-year residence. It applies to creatives in culture and art, scientists and researchers, inventors, athletes, digital technology talents, leading scholars, industry specialists, healthcare and education specialists, and humanitarian pioneers. You can usually begin it yourself, either on the nominating body’s own portal or through ICP’s “Nomination Request for Golden Residence” service. Investors, property owners and high earners do not go through it; in Dubai, entrepreneurs have their own nomination from the Dubai Future Foundation.

That is the short answer. The rest of this guide is the practical one, built from the ICP Golden Residence guide, GDRFA Dubai’s Golden service cards and the nominating bodies’ own pages, all checked on 23 September 2026, with the fee lines and the Dubai entrepreneur route re-checked on 22 October 2026. It covers:

• which Golden categories need a nomination, who nominates for each, and what evidence each body asks for;

Who nominates for golden visa: the answer at a glance

This table is the core of the guide. The nominating body is the one named on the official card; where two official pages name different bodies, both appear.

What a Golden visa nomination is, and what it is not

Three different words get used for the same stage, and the confusion causes real delays. Official pages say “nomination letter” (GDRFA’s cards), “recommendation” (ICP’s Golden guide) and “recommendation or approval” (ICP’s service card for the talent entry visa). In practice they describe one thing: a document from a competent UAE authority confirming that you belong in a Golden category that depends on judgement rather than a number.

That letter is not the visa. It is not even the final approval. Behind it sit two more layers:

1. The nominating body (a ministry, a Dubai authority, a council) decides whether your achievements meet its criteria and issues the nomination or recommendation.
2. ICP approves the nomination. Several GDRFA Dubai cards list “Approval issued by the Federal Identity Authority (UAEICP)” as a document in its own right, next to the Golden visa nomination letter.
3. The immigration authority issues the residence. GDRFA Dubai for Dubai files, ICP for the other emirates. From this point the file behaves like any other Golden residence: entry visa if you are abroad, medical, Emirates ID, health insurance, issue.

Golden visa nomination routes versus document routes

The Golden residence has two kinds of route. The difference decides where you start.

The route exists even when the app shows no form for your field. It simply begins one step earlier, with the Golden visa nomination: on the nominating body’s portal or through ICP’s nomination request. The residence application comes after.

The golden visa nomination process, step by step

Every Golden visa nomination follows the same five stages, whichever body nominates you. The names of the portals change; the order does not.

Stage 1: check the category and build the evidence file

Before filing anything, match yourself to one named category and read that category’s criteria on an official page: the ICP Golden Residence guide, the GDRFA Dubai card, or the nominating body’s own page. Then assemble proof for each criterion you claim. A reviewer can only accept what they can verify. “Internationally recognised” becomes an award certificate with the issuer’s name and date. “Highly cited” becomes a Scopus profile link and a screenshot of the h-index.

At this stage also check the basics that stop files later: a passport valid for at least six months (ICP’s talent entry visa card), valid UAE health insurance, your name spelled the same way on passport, degree and publications, and no outstanding fines on your UAE file if you are a resident.

Stage 2: file the Golden visa nomination request

There are two doors, and some categories use both:

• The nominating body’s own portal. The Ministry of Culture takes creative applications on its portal. Dubai Culture runs a “Creative and Talented Accreditation” service. KHDA takes nominations from Dubai private schools and universities for educators.
• ICP’s “Nomination Request for Golden Residence”. Filed on ICP smart services under Visa, then Golden Residence. You choose the nominated Golden category and sub-category, add contact details and upload supporting documents. ICP’s user manual describes the path in full, and it is open to the public, to logged-in individuals and to establishments.

In Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Residents Office (through TAMM) forwards some categories to the competent body automatically: its pages say athlete applications go to the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and scientist applications to the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology.

Stage 3: the nominating body reviews the Golden visa nomination

This is the discretionary stage. The body may ask for more documents; the Ministry of Culture says it “may request additional recommendation letters from creative entities”. Published review times exist for only one body we could find: Dubai Culture gives 30 working days for its accreditation service. The Ministry of Culture does not publish a review time. Neither does ICP for the Golden visa nomination request.

Stage 4: ICP approves the Golden visa nomination

The Golden visa nomination letter goes with an ICP approval. GDRFA Dubai’s cards for scientists, industrial, healthcare, education and religious specialists list both documents, and its card for top students lists ICP’s approval alone. On ICP’s user manual, the applicant is notified once the request is approved and can then proceed with the entry permit.

Stage 5: the Golden residence is issued after the Golden visa nomination

If you are outside the UAE, ICP’s guide says eligible applicants get “a six-month, multiple-entry entry visa, renewable for an additional six months”. Inside the UAE, the file moves to the residence: medical fitness where required, Emirates ID biometrics, health insurance, then issue by GDRFA Dubai (Dubai files) or ICP (other emirates). GDRFA’s talent card gives 5 days for this stage; its scientists and humanitarian cards give 48 hours.

How to file a Golden visa nomination request with ICP

ICP’s own user manual for this service sets out the steps. We have followed it here and added what we check at each screen.

1. Open ICP smart services. Choose Public Services (no login), Individual Services or Establishment Services. Logging in with UAE Pass pre-fills your personal details if you are a resident.
2. Go to Visa, then Golden Residence, then “Nomination Request for Golden Residence”, then New Request.
3. Complete the beneficiary’s personal information. Check the passport number and the name order against your passport. A mismatch here is the most common reason a file comes back.
4. Select the nominated Golden category and sub-category. Pick the one your evidence supports best, not the one that sounds most impressive. A sports physician with published research can fit two categories; the evidence decides which is stronger.
5. Enter contact details. ICP uses them to reach you. Use an email and mobile number you check daily, because returned requests carry a deadline.
6. Upload attachments. Passport copy, photo, Emirates ID if resident, health insurance, and the category evidence (the Golden visa nomination letter if you already hold one, CV, awards, publications, patents).
7. Review, accept the terms, pay if a fee is shown, and submit. You receive a request number. Keep it; it is what you quote to ICP on 600522222 (+971 600 522222 from abroad).

Gulf News also reports that ICP closes a returned request automatically if the missing data is not completed within 30 days, or if it is returned three times. ICP’s own manual does not mention this, so treat it as secondary reporting, but act on it: answer returns quickly and completely.

When you do not need ICP’s Golden visa nomination request

If the nominating body has already issued your nomination or recommendation letter (for example, the Ministry of Culture’s letter for a creative), you usually move straight to the Golden residence application on GDRFA Dubai or ICP and attach the letter. GDRFA Dubai’s Talented Geniuses card lists the Golden visa nomination letter as a document of the residence application itself. Where you are unsure, the ICP request is the safer first step: it records the category you are claiming and routes the file.

Creatives in culture and art: the Golden visa for creatives

The Golden visa for creatives is the route with the most detail published, and the one where individuals most often apply without help. The Golden visa for creatives covers five domains on the Ministry of Culture’s page:

• Cultural heritage: crafts, Arabic language, heritage preservation, education and research;
• Literature and publishing: books, poetry, novels;
• Visual arts and design: video games, fine arts, sculpture, calligraphy, photography, digital arts, graphic design, fashion and architecture;
• Performing arts and theatre: theatre, opera, film and television;
• Music: production, distribution, shows and concerts.

Who nominates for golden visa creatives

GDRFA Dubai’s Talented Geniuses card asks cultural and artistic applicants for “a nomination letter from the Ministry of Culture, the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, or the Emirates Media Council”. Abu Dhabi’s Department of Economic Development page names the Ministry of Culture and the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism. ICP’s talent entry visa card uses the broader wording “the competent government cultural authorities in the UAE”.

So a creative living in Dubai has at least two starting points: the federal Ministry of Culture, and Dubai Culture’s Creative and Talented Accreditation service. A creative whose work is media-based (broadcast, publishing, content) may also be nominated by the Emirates Media Council.

The three tiers of the Golden visa for creatives

ICP’s guide and GDRFA’s card split creatives into three categories. You need to meet at least one criterion in one tier.

GDRFA’s card adds a general condition for all talent categories: the “ability to support oneself and one’s family without needing government support”. Bank statements or income evidence answer that point without being asked twice.

Documents for the Golden visa for creatives

1. A coloured passport photo.
2. A passport copy.
3. An Emirates ID copy, if you have one.
4. A CV with contact details, biography, creative works and achievements.
5. A copy of your current residence visa, if you have one.

Dubai Culture’s accreditation service asks for a passport copy, the residence permit and ID card if you are resident, a “Cultural Curriculum Vitae” and a “Creative Profile”. GDRFA Dubai, at the residence stage, asks for “a portfolio of the most important international and creative achievements”.

Golden visa for creatives: fees, time and refusals

• Ministry of Culture: “Applying for recommendation for golden visa for creatives from the Ministry of Culture is free of charge and there are no fees.” No review time is published. Applications are tracked on the Ministry’s enquiry portal.
• Dubai Culture: 30 working days for Creative and Talented Accreditation. Its page does not list a fee.
• Refusal: the Ministry of Culture says a refused applicant cannot reapply for at least six months.
• From outside the UAE: the Ministry’s page notes that non-residents need a six-month visa before the Golden residence; that matches ICP’s six-month entry visa for Golden applicants.

Scientists and researchers: who nominates for golden visa research routes

This is the category with numeric criteria, which makes it the easiest to self-assess honestly. ICP’s guide says scientists and researchers with “significant achievements and high impact in their field” need a recommendation from the Emirates Scientists Council. GDRFA Dubai’s Specialised Scientists card asks for “a nomination letter from the UAE Scientists Council” and ICP’s approval.

The criteria

ADDED presents the four metrics as options; GDRFA’s card pairs FWCI 1.0 with h-index 10 and treats the others as exemptions. In practice, most applicants need both, and those without them need an h-index above 20 or a documented R&D role.

What the two metrics mean

An h-index of 10 means ten of your publications have each been cited at least ten times. An FWCI of 1.0 means your work is cited exactly at the world average for publications of the same field, type and age; 1.5 is 50% above it. Both are shown in Scopus (FWCI in SciVal), so you can check your own position before you apply. ADDED asks for a “link or screenshot” of each, which tells you the form the evidence should take.

Documents

• Passport copy and photo.
• Master’s or PhD certificate, attested, with a Ministry of Education (or Ministry of Higher Education) equivalency certificate; ADDED lists the equivalency explicitly.
• Links or screenshots showing FWCI and h-index.
• CV listing publications, grants, patents and R&D roles.
• The Scientists Council nomination letter and ICP approval, at the residence stage.

Inventors: the Golden visa nomination from the Ministry of Economy

GDRFA Dubai’s card asks innovators and inventors for “a nomination letter from the Ministry of Economy or the relevant local authority”. ICP’s talent entry visa card uses the same bodies. The Ministry now presents itself as the Ministry of Economy and Tourism, and its own Golden visa page directs applicants to ICP’s Golden services portal rather than to a separate ministry form.

The published criterion is short. Abu Dhabi’s Department of Economic Development page says the applicant “holds a Patent Certificate which adds value to the State’s economy”, with a recommendation from the Ministry of Economy or the Competitiveness Office of Abu Dhabi. ICP’s guide lists inventors as a category without further criteria.

What this means in practice

• The patent must be granted, not pending. The wording is “Patent Certificate”. A filed application is not a certificate.
• “Adds value to the State’s economy” is the judgement call. A patent that is licensed, manufactured or used by a UAE business, or that sits in a sector the UAE is building, is easier to argue than one with no link to the country.
• Where the patent is registered matters less than you might think. Official pages do not limit the route to UAE patents, but a patent registered with the Ministry of Economy is the simplest to verify. The Ministry runs patent registration services for this.

Bring the patent certificate, a plain-English summary, and evidence of use or licensing.

Athletes: the Golden visa nomination for sport

ICP’s guide covers people with “outstanding sporting accomplishment or demonstrated exceptional excellence”, those in a leadership position in an international sports federation, committee or organisation, and accomplished sports medicine specialists. ADDED’s page words the same four options slightly differently: an outstanding athletic talent, outstanding athletic achievements, a leading position in an international sports body, or an outstanding sports physician.

Who nominates for golden visa athletes

Official pages use different names here:

• GDRFA Dubai’s card: “a nomination letter from the Ministry of Sports or the Dubai Sports Council”.
• ICP’s talent entry visa card: “a recommendation or approval from the General Sports Authority or the local sports councils”.
• ADDED (Abu Dhabi): the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, to which the Residents Office forwards applications automatically.

The Ministry of Sports’ own site gives Federal Decree-Law No. 28 of 2024 as its legal basis, so ICP’s reference to the General Authority of Sports reflects the older structure. For a Dubai-based athlete, the Dubai Sports Council is the local body named on the GDRFA card.

Evidence

ADDED lists a sports CV, experience letters or certificates proving achievements, and the council’s recommendation: in practice, federation results, selection or appointment letters and, for sports physicians, the medical licence.

Who nominates for golden visa digital talents, scholars and specialists

Digital technology talents

GDRFA’s Talented Geniuses card and ICP’s talent entry visa card both ask for a Golden visa nomination or recommendation from the UAE Council for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transactions. ICP’s guide lists the category with no further criteria. Beyond the Council’s letter, no official page we could read publishes a threshold, so we do not quote one.

Leading scientists and religious scholars

ICP’s guide covers leading scientists and religious scholars with “significant contributions and high impact”, recommended by the Ministry of Culture and Youth or relevant local authorities. GDRFA’s Specialised Scientists card has the same sub-category under “Religious Leaders/Senior Scholars”. Both pages still use the ministry’s older name; its current site is the Ministry of Culture.

Industry and Fourth Industrial Revolution specialists

Recommended by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology or relevant local authorities (ICP guide; GDRFA card). No numeric criteria are published. This is usually an employer-led Golden visa nomination: a manufacturer, an advanced-technology company or an industrial zone puts the specialist forward.

Healthcare and education specialists

Recommended by the Ministry of Health and Prevention or the Ministry of Education respectively, “or the relevant local authorities” (ICP guide; GDRFA card). Doctors, nurses and teachers have their own detail: licences, experience, and Dubai-specific programmes. We cover that in our guide to the Golden visa for doctors, nurses and teachers. In brief:

• Dubai private education: KHDA has run a nomination programme for outstanding educators since October 2024, with schools and universities submitting nominations to KHDA in an annual window that has run from mid-October to mid-December (as reported by Fragomen from KHDA’s announcement). Individuals do not nominate themselves on this route.
• Healthcare: the nomination comes through the health authority that licenses you, federal or local.

Other exceptional talents

ICP’s guide ends the talent list with “exceptional talents in other fields of importance, as determined by relevant government authorities”, and ICP’s talent entry visa card asks for “a recommendation or approval from the competent federal or local government authorities”. This is a residual category. It exists, but there is no public form for it; the relevant authority has to be willing to recommend you.

Humanitarian pioneers and frontline heroes: Golden visa nomination rules

Humanitarian pioneers

ICP’s guide and GDRFA Dubai’s card “Issuing a golden residence permit for (Pioneers of humanitarian workers)” list four ways in. You need one of them, plus a university degree.

Who nominates: GDRFA’s card asks for “a recommendation from the Ministry of Community Empowerment”. ADDED’s page still says the Ministry of Community Development “or a local competent authority”. It is the same ministry: the UAE Cabinet renamed it on 8 December 2024. ADDED also says this category is “currently not available via Abu Dhabi Residents Office”, so Abu Dhabi applicants use ICP. GDRFA’s card gives 48 hours for the residence stage.

Frontline heroes

ICP’s guide lists “professionals working on the front lines of defence” as a Golden category with a 10-year residence, and its GITEX 2024 page describes a “Golden Visa for the frontline medical and health workforce”. Neither page publishes criteria or an application form, and GDRFA Dubai’s Golden directory does not list a separate frontline card. We found no individual application route for it today. A nurse or doctor today would normally use the healthcare specialist route in our guide for doctors, nurses and teachers.

Outstanding students and graduates: ICP approval, not a Golden visa nomination letter

Students are often grouped with the nomination routes, but on GDRFA Dubai’s card they are different: the documents are a passport copy, the residence copy if any, and “approval of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (UAEICP)”. No separate Golden visa nomination letter is listed. In Abu Dhabi, ADRO names the Ministry of Education, ADEK and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as recommending bodies, and sends automated notifications after “pre-nomination approval”.

The two-year limit runs from graduation to application, and the GPA is the cumulative figure on the transcript, not a rounded one.

Executives and specialised professionals: no Golden visa nomination needed

People often ask whether a CEO or senior manager is “nominated”. Under ICP’s guide, “chairpersons and chief executives at occupational level one” and “specialists at occupational level two” sit in the specialised professionals category, which is a document route: a valid UAE work permit, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a monthly salary of at least AED 30,000, and health insurance. GDRFA’s card adds a salary certificate and six months of bank statements. No Golden visa nomination letter is involved.

Building a Golden visa nomination file that reviewers can verify

Every body that handles a Golden visa nomination asks the same underlying question: can we confirm this person is who they say and has done what they claim? The file should make that easy.

Attestation, equivalency and translation

Foreign degrees and certificates normally need attestation abroad and by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Our guide to the attestation process explains the order. Golden visa nomination process timelines: what is published

Official timelines exist for some stages and not others. This table shows only what an official page states.

Service times run from a complete application. They exclude the medical test, Emirates ID biometrics, and any time the file spends waiting for you to answer a request. For the general picture, see our guide to UAE visa processing times.

After the Golden visa nomination: entry visa, medical, Emirates ID and residence

Once the Golden visa nomination is approved, the talent routes merge with every other Golden route.

If you are outside the UAE

ICP’s guide: “Eligible applicants for Golden Residency who are outside the UAE are granted a six-month, multiple-entry entry visa, renewable for an additional six months.” ICP’s card for the talent version, “Issuance of a Residence Visa for Individuals with Specialized Talents”, lists a passport valid for at least six months and valid UAE health insurance, and these fees: application AED 100, issuance AED 100, smart services AED 100, total AED 300, completed in 2 days.

Inside the UAE

1. Medical fitness test, where your age and category require it. See our guide to the UAE visa medical test.
2. Health insurance valid in the UAE. ICP’s guide requires comprehensive cover for the Golden categories that list it.
3. Emirates ID application and biometrics. The Emirates ID is always ICP’s, whichever emirate issues the residence.
4. Golden residence issue by GDRFA Dubai for Dubai files, or ICP for the other emirates. If you already hold a residence, the new Golden residence replaces it; you do not need your old sponsor once the Golden file is approved.
5. Family residences for your spouse, children regardless of age, and parents, as ICP’s guide describes. See our guide to Golden visa family sponsorship.

What the Golden residence gives you

• 10 years on every talent route (ICP guide; GDRFA cards). The Talented Geniuses card says it is valid for extension “if conditions persist”.
• No sponsor and no requirement that your employer stays the same.
• No six-month absence rule. GDRFA’s talent card says the permit is exempt from the 180-day stay-abroad restriction, and u.ae lists “the ability to stay outside the UAE for more than the usual period of six months”. Golden holders do not need the re-entry permit that ordinary residents need after six months away.
• A 180-day grace period after the residence is cancelled or expires (ICP), against 30 to 90 days for most other residences. See our guide to the UAE residence visa grace period.
• Family stays if you die. ICP: “sponsored family members may remain in the UAE for the duration of the validity of the residence permits granted to them.”

Golden visa nomination process fees: the published lines

The Golden visa nomination itself often costs little or nothing. Most of the money is at the residence stage. Our Golden visa cost guide works through full totals including medical, Emirates ID, insurance and dependants; the lines that belong to the nomination routes are these.

GDRFA’s Golden cards add AED 100 a year for years 3 to 10, so the main applicant’s residence lines in Dubai come to AED 1,900 (AED 2,400 inside the country), before the medical, Emirates ID and insurance. Amer’s own service charge is added at the counter.

Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates: which channel

If you are unsure which authority holds a current residence, the first digit of the residence file number tells you: 2 is Dubai (GDRFA), 1 Abu Dhabi, 3 Sharjah, 4 Ajman, 5 Umm Al Quwain, 6 Ras Al Khaimah, 7 Fujairah. Our guide to the difference between ICP and GDRFA explains the split.

Why a Golden visa nomination fails or stalls

These are the patterns we see when a Golden visa nomination does not go through. Most are fixable before filing. If yours has already been refused, our guide on what to do when a Golden visa is rejected covers reconsideration, reapplying and the alternatives.

• Wrong category. A strong file filed under the wrong sub-category reads as a weak one. A distinguished professional filing as a global pioneer, with no international award, invites refusal.
• Claims without documents. “Exhibited internationally” with no catalogue, invitation or press is not evidence.
• Metrics below the bar. An h-index of 8 does not meet 10. Check Scopus before you apply, not after.
• Pending, not granted. A patent application or an award longlist that never became a shortlist.
• Unattested degrees, or no equivalency where the category needs one. This is the most common avoidable delay on every Golden route.
• Name mismatches between passport, degree and publications.
• Missed returns. A request sent back for documents and not answered in time can be closed.
• File problems unrelated to talent: an expired passport, no health insurance, an unpaid fine or an absconding record on an existing UAE file.
• Timing. Students past the two-year window; creatives whose works fall outside the three-year publication window for the professional tier.

What circulates online that is not true

Worked cases: the Golden visa nomination process in practice

These cases are built from the situations we see most often. Names and identifying details are left out, and the figures are the published ones.

Case 1: a Dubai-based illustrator with a regional award

An illustrator on an employment visa in Dubai had won a regional design award two years earlier and been shortlisted for an international prize last year. She had assumed the Golden visa needed a salary she did not earn.

Route: Golden visa for creatives, “Creative” tier (nomination for an internationally recognised award). Nominating body: Ministry of Culture, applied for on its portal, at no cost. Evidence: the shortlist announcement on the prize’s official site, the regional award certificate, a CV with twelve dated works and links, press coverage from two named outlets, and six months of bank statements to show self-sufficiency. Afterwards: the Ministry’s recommendation letter went with the GDRFA Talented Geniuses application through Amer; the residence replaced her employment visa, so a later change of job did not touch her residence.

Case 2: a researcher at a Sharjah university with an h-index of 9

A postdoctoral researcher with a PhD from a top 300 university, an FWCI of 1.4 and an h-index of 9 asked whether to apply now.

Assessment: the degree and FWCI meet the published criteria; the h-index does not. Filing now would ask the Scientists Council to overlook a numeric criterion. What we advised: wait. Two papers were close to their tenth citation. Four months later the h-index reached 10 in Scopus. The file then went through ICP’s Golden visa nomination request (Sharjah is an ICP emirate) with the Scopus screenshots, the attested PhD and its equivalency, and a CV linking his initials-only author name to his passport name.

Case 3: an inventor with a pending patent

An engineer had filed a patent application for an energy-saving controller and was piloting it with a UAE facilities company. He wanted to apply as an inventor straight away.

Assessment: the published criterion is a patent certificate. A pending application is not one. What we advised: check the other routes first. His salary was AED 34,000 a month in a skill level 1 role with a bachelor’s degree, so the salary route fitted with no Golden visa nomination at all. He took that route and kept the inventor route for later, once the patent is granted, if it ever matters.

Case 4: a former national-team athlete coaching in Dubai

A former international footballer now coaching at a Dubai academy wanted the Golden residence for himself, his wife and two teenage children.

Route: athletes, “outstanding sporting accomplishment”. Nominating body: Dubai Sports Council (named on the GDRFA card alongside the Ministry of Sports). Evidence: his national federation’s letter confirming caps and dates, published competition records, the academy’s letter on his current role, and his coaching licence. Afterwards: once his Golden residence was issued, the family residences followed on his file, as our family sponsorship guide sets out.

Case 5: a graduate abroad, 23 months after graduation

A graduate of a top 100 university with a GPA of 3.6 contacted us from abroad, 23 months after her graduation date.

Assessment: she met the student criteria, but the two-year window was about to close. What we did: filed ICP’s Golden visa nomination request under the outstanding graduates category that week, with her transcript, degree and the attestation already under way. The six-month entry visa followed approval, and the residence was completed after she arrived. Had she waited another month, she would have been outside the window.

• Tell you honestly whether your evidence meets a published criterion, and which criterion.
• Show you the official page behind every requirement we ask you to meet.
• Prepare, attest, translate and organise the evidence file, and file the request on the right channel.
• Quote our fee in writing before we start, and pass government fees on at cost with the receipt.
• Recommend a different route (salary, property, Green) when the nomination route does not fit.

We will not

• Promise a Golden visa nomination or a Golden residence. Nomination is discretionary, and the decision is the authority’s.
• Claim we can “arrange” a Golden visa nomination through contacts. No legitimate provider can.
• Submit achievements you cannot document, or present a pending patent or a longlist as something more.
• File a request we expect to be refused just because you asked us to.
